For the 2026 season, West Coast Pressed is focused exclusively on apple juice production as we transition facilities and refine our operational structure.
We will not be producing hard cider this year. Please check back for future updates.
Booking Required Before Picking
Appointments must be secured before apples are picked.
Harvest season fills quickly and books weeks in advance. Once scheduled, your appointment can be adjusted within our production calendar if your apples are ready earlier or later than your appointment.
We are typically unable to accommodate last-minute drop-offs.

How Yield & Pricing Works
Juice is packaged in 5L food-grade bags and boxed with a pour spout for easy use.
20 lbs of apples yields approximately 1 × 5L box
Pricing (per 5L box + GST)
120–500 lbs apples — $16.95
500–1,000 lbs apples — $15.95
1,000+ lbs apples — $14.95
If apples produce more juice than estimated, additional boxes are charged accordingly.
Minimum booking: 120 lbs
No maximum volume
We do not press into customer containers or produce unpasteurized juice.
Exceptions may be considered for licensed distilleries, wineries, and cider makers.

Apple Requirements
To maintain quality and protect production standards, apples must be:
Firm (not soft)
Freshly picked (once your appointment has been confirmed)
Properly stored in a cool location
Free of leaves and visible dirt
No windfalls
No rotting fruit
Wormholes acceptable
Apples not meeting standards may be declined at intake.
Please quality-control your apples before your appointment.

Pick-up: Details provided at drop-off (typically within two days of pressing).
